The production facilities of the MEKHBUD plant are represented by modern CNC machines – guillotine shears and hydraulic presses. The result is a perfectly accurate material cutting and bending that allows you to form even contours and stiffeners. Even complex types of fences come out of our workshops with impeccable configuration.
The production facilities of the Mehbud plant allow the production of large volumes of various metal products with protective and decorative coatings – from the simplest profiles to elements of enclosing or facade structures with complex geometry and numerous stiffeners.

OUR PRODUCTION

The plant “Mehbud” specializes in the production of products from sheet metal with a polymer coating. The use of quality raw materials and the use of the most modern metal processing technologies allow us to manufacture products that meet the most stringent standards. At the same time, the products from the Mehbud plant have excellent performance characteristics and look as attractive as possible.
We use sheet metal (galvanized, coated with a protective and decorative polymer to prevent corrosion) for the production of facade cassettes, panels, slats and other facade finishing elements. The use of the products of the “Mehbud” plant makes it possible to mount suspended ventilated facades on private houses, high-rise buildings, as well as on commercial facilities – from industrial premises to shopping and entertainment centers and office centers.
Rack, cuboid, cassette or panel ceilings from the Mehbud plant are made of high quality metal. This makes it possible to make the ceiling finish lightweight, durable, as practical as possible and resistant to any impact. Design potential allows using ceilings from “Mehbud” in the design of any interior, and certification of all products makes it possible to mount metal ceiling panels in hospitals, laboratories and food industry enterprises.
The production facilities of the company allow producing both the main elements (lamellas) and additional profiles for the installation of prefabricated metal fences. The range includes ventilated fences, solid fences, as well as louvred fences, which, thanks to a special configuration of lamellas, combine the advantages of solid and ventilated fences.
All products are manufactured under strict quality control from modern raw materials from leading European suppliers. This allows you to minimize the likelihood of defects, and the long service life of structures from “Mehbud” is confirmed by warranty obligations, which are prescribed in each contract for the supply of products.
