Blinds fence is one of the modern options for territory enclosures. The distinctive feature of blinds fences is the use of blinds slats arranged either horizontally or vertically. In the standard understanding, a blinds fence is a ventilated and partially visible fencing option.
Blinds fences can be made from various materials, with the most practical being 0.45mm galvanized steel and 1mm aluminum. The choice of material and its quality affect both the cost of the enclosure and its service life. The strength characteristics can also vary significantly.
Blinds fences appeared quite some time ago, but until there was the ability to produce them on an industrial scale from durable and long-lasting materials, they did not gain much popularity. Blinds Fence made of Wood.
Historically, small wooden planks or boards of various widths were used as the first slats for blinds fences. Handcrafted wooden fences of this type are still made relatively easily. However, industrial production of wooden blinds fences has almost been abandoned for several reasons:
- The need for additional expenses for painting wood and treating it with moisture-resistant compounds.

Using plastic slats to make blinds fences is hard to justify. While plastic is not afraid of moisture, it:

Blinds Fence made of WPC.
Wood-polymer composite (WPC) decking, a combination of cellulose and plastic, is a material that has found its niche in the market. The combination allows the production of rigid slats with an attractive design, making WPC suitable for making blinds fences.

- WPC decking is relatively expensive.
- Cheap polymer composites become brittle in the cold.

To make these types of blinds fences, simple black metal sheets welded at an angle are used. Then, the section is painted with metal paint or coated with a powder coating.

There are two main types of production of aluminum blinds profiles:

Then, these profiles are assembled into modules of finished sections and coated with a polymer coating.
Choosing aluminum for a blinds fence is the most durable material.

There is no single answer to the question of which blinds fence to choose. The product range of such items is quite extensive and includes at least several dozen varieties. Therefore, when making a choice, consider the following factors.
- The best material for a blinds fence is still metal: galvanized steel or aluminum with a protective polymer coating. The pros and cons of blinds fences made from different materials have been discussed in this article, but in practice, metallic sections will be optimal for most projects, both in terms of design and long-term use.
- The specific model of a blinds fence depends on requirements for appearance, calculated loads, and the available budget. - Color choice is not only a design consideration but also a practical one. - Products from China.
- Metal from Turkish production, as well as raw materials manufactured in Eastern European countries.

- Color (standard color fences are usually cheaper than structures with precisely chosen shades).
- Manufacturing technologies (automation not only reduces the cost of blinds fences but also minimizes the role of the human factor, reducing the likelihood of defects).
Keep in mind that a metallic blinds fence is a structure designed to last for decades. Therefore, the price of a blinds fence cannot be too low by definition. While the desire to save money is entirely natural, purchasing a fence made from low-quality materials or semi-artisanal methods will likely lead to the need for replacement or significant repairs shortly after installation.

The voluminous slats of the Exclusive fence are very lightweight yet extremely sturdy structures with an impeccable appearance. The design potential of the blinds fence can be considered its main advantage—especially considering the option to paint it in almost any color from the RAL catalog or apply texture using PRINTECH technology.

One such method is theft! Theft of photo content, theft of ideas, theft of names, and even forgery of the Blinds profile.
The “Mehbud” plant has become a target for such unscrupulous companies engaged in the theft of photos of Blinds fences. And it’s not surprising because our plant is a leader in the production of Blinds fences, and every day we install fences in all cities of Ukraine and even beyond its borders.
The theft of photo content by the “Mechbud” plant is gaining unprecedented momentum. Every day, we record the use of our photos of finished blinds fences on the pages of company websites, social networks, and various bulletin boards. None of these companies-thieves have ever mentioned the true manufacturer of these fences.
Some companies use 2-3 of our photos on social networks, overlaying their logos on photos of Blinds fences, calling them Blinds fences from the “Mechbud” plant by different names, and deceive customers about pricing policies.
And some companies go beyond acceptable limits and shamelessly steal photos of our Blinds fences and publish them on their websites. They post dozens of photos of Blinds fences from the “Mechbud” plant on the pages of their websites.
Many companies don’t even bother with the name of the Blinds fence they produced.
The “Mechbud” plant was the first to produce and sell Blinds Exclusive and Blinds Exclusive Lego fences in Ukraine. And these names have become the most coveted for thieves. 70% of companies in the market of Blinds fence production named their product “Blinds Exclusive”. And this number is growing every day.
They steal photos, they steal names. Unfortunately, they also steal the Blinds profile itself.
Many companies come, look at our fences, measure all the data to the millimeter, and then produce them on manual machines. After all, only a few companies in the Ukrainian fencing market can afford professional machines of foreign production.
There are cases when the “Mehbud” plant collaborates with a dealer/partner for a long time, actively gives them orders for installations/measurements, and after some time, these companies, thoroughly studying our product, imitate it and start producing Blinds fences themselves.
