Ceiling panel from the “Mehbud” plant for the Zaporozhye NPP

Zaporizhzhya NPP is a nuclear power plant located in the steppe zone on the bank of the Kakhovskoe reservoir in the Zaporozhye region of Ukraine in the city of Energodar. It is the largest power plant in Europe. It is a separate subdivision of the National Atomic Energy Generating Company Energoatom.

For finishing the ceiling space in the blocks of the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant, a ceiling panel from the Mehbud plant was used.

  • Panels of type 1 (Board) are flat, not protruding beyond the plane of the ceiling. When mounted on a prepared frame, they form a single surface on which the seams are almost invisible. Most often they are used to decorate premises in the most restrained corporate style.
  • Panels 2 type Ш (Tegular) – during installation they protrude beyond the ceiling plane by 7.5 mm. The use of such panels allows you to emphasize the relief of the ceiling, I focus on the finishing of this plane. Volumetric panels are most often purchased for design interiors
