A cassette ceiling is a suspended structure fixed to the ceiling with a special frame. One of the advantages of a cassette ceiling is its modular structure: by selecting cassettes of different types, we can create unique interiors. The plates are easy to clean and do not absorb odors. The design of the cassette suspended ceiling will provide easy access to communications.

Specifications

Cassettes (panels) are made of 0.4-0.8 mm aluminum or 0.45-0.7 mm galvanized steel, which significantly expands the scope of their application.

The T-24 suspension system is used for fixing the panels. Cassettes do not fade, do not deform, wash well.

Where are cassette metal ceilings used?

The universal design and standardized dimensions of cassette ceilings make them an excellent alternative to Armstrong ceilings based on fiber panels. With a minimal modification of the frame, you can mount a cassette metal ceiling where the Armstrong was previously installed – and get a more reliable, durable and practical structure. The main area of ​​application of such ceilings is office premises and public buildings, in which a uniform design and easy access to the ceiling space in which hidden communications are located is important.

In addition to offices, government agencies and public buildings, cassette metal ceilings are mounted:

  • In warehouse and industrial premises.

  • In kitchens, laboratories and other rooms with increased requirements for sanitary conditions.

Design potential

One of the arguments in favor of choosing a cassette ceiling is a simple and laconic design. Square ceiling cassettes look modest and discreet, so they are great for decorating offices and government buildings. By default, metal ceiling cassettes are produced in light shades, as well as in green, dark gray and brown colors. But at the same time, it is possible to paint the base in almost any color – so there are practically no design restrictions.

The use of PRINTECH technology also expands the design potential of metal cassette ceilings. The high-definition contrasting image accurately simulates the texture of natural wood – so a suspended metal cassette ceiling can be made indistinguishable from paneling made of natural wood.
