Or rather, about the bent profiles made by our plant.
We don’t have that.
We are not a garage production!
We do not use the methods: “knock”, “bend”, “and so good”, “it is almost invisible”, “it is still the inner part” and other words that do not justify the quality.
Our company uses, well, not the most modern equipment, but SCHECHTL segment benders of 2009 and SCHECHTL manual benders of 2007. Well, in 2015 we plan to acquire another one. German technology works flawlessly. Workers’ hands grow out of the right place and their heads work.
We vouch for the quality of the bending and the entire product as a whole and give a guarantee!
In addition to sheet bending machines and manual bending machines, the production facility operates “WEINBRENNER” – a hydraulic press with a pressure of up to 160 tons and CNC. There are also various sets of punches and dies, which allows you to significantly expand the variability of the bend, and subsequently the complexity of the profile configuration.
Why sepetsprofiles, but everything is extremely simple:
- These profiles are bent, not rolled. That is, the machine does not just roll, for example, a U-shaped profile (pawn) in standard dimensions from a strip of metal. The metal is cut to the size you need and bends according to the parameters you need.
- High-quality equipment and the experience of our employees make a series (batch) of non-standard profiles – the same (no deviations in bending angles or dimensions).
- For special profiles, the drawing of which is not yet available, we have special. This is our constructor. It will help to embody what was “shown on the fingers” or drawn with lipstick on a napkin – into the profiles you need. He will not only put it on paper, but also check the quality of the execution, if necessary.
We offer the maximum variability of bent profiles made of galvanized steel and aluminum in thicknesses from 0.45mm to 2.0mm and 5.0mm, respectively.
