The MehBud plant produces sliding and swing gates using high-quality raw materials (profiled pipes, steel and aluminum lamellas), as well as components from well-known manufacturers. The complete set of structures is developed taking into account the most urgent needs of customers, therefore you can easily choose the appropriate option by examining the characteristics of the set.
Hinged gates with Rancho infill – horizontal slats, reinforced with stiffeners, which are placed in the gate leaf with small gaps (there is also a double-sided version). Gates with “Rancho” infill have all the advantages of reliable solid structures, but at the same time they are well visible from the inside and provide natural ventilation.
Specifications
The swing design is classic, it appeared when the movable hinges were invented. As a rule, swing gates are made double-winged: the doors are hung on the support pillars and pivot on the hinges when opening and closing.
The frame is made of profiled steel pipes 60×40 and 50x40mm, steel pillars 100×100 mm are used as supports.
As the filling of the swing gate leaves, metal profiles with a thickness of 0.4 or 0.7 mm, with galvanizing and protective and decorative polymer coating, can be used. The decor options are similar to those used in the production of swing gates.
The supporting structures and guides installed on the ground must be concreted to ensure maximum stability of the system and the absence of distortions when moving a heavy sash

Economy
Economy is a package that, at an affordable cost, provides a fairly extensive functionality. The frame and support pillars are made of a steel pipe that is not subject to additional cleaning and anti-corrosion treatment – therefore, after installation, the parts must be painted (periodically, the protective layer must be renewed). The movement of the sash is ensured by the operation of the SP-6 STANDART mechanism with a roller carriage and a toothed rack. This hardware set is designed for sashes up to 500 kg, and therefore easily copes with opening and closing the gate.
Standard
Standard – a variant with a complete set similar to the previous set. The main difference is the use of sandblasted metal parts. The set of parts for opening is also represented by the SP-6 STANDART fittings.
Premium
Premium – a complete set designed for the maximum functionality of the doors, as well as for the maximum period of their service without adjustment, repair and maintenance. The frame and supporting structures are made of powder-coated galvanized pipe: this makes periodic painting unnecessary and completely eliminates the risk of corrosion. In addition to the SP-6 STANDART sash opening hardware, the design is also completed with an opening automation system, including a photocell and a signal lamp. Thanks to this, the gates opening in the Premium configuration can be made fully automatic – when the photocell is triggered, the drive will turn on and the leaf will roll back along the guides.
