Sliding gates from the MehBud plant have a single-leaf design. A sash with a size of welded 6000x2000mm / with filling of 4000×2000 mm moves on channel-type guides (with a width of 160 to 200 mm).
The frame is made of profiled steel pipes 60×40 and 50x40mm, steel pillars 100×100 mm are used as supports.
Horizontal lamellas with a sufficiently large width, which during installation are tightly joined and connected with locks. Longitudinal locks function as additional stiffeners, so that the gate leaf is as strong and reliable as possible.
The profile of the typesetting elements provides an optimal combination of lightness and strength.
The solid structure is not visible and is not blown through, therefore it will organically combine with the solid sections of the fence.
Economy is a package that, at an affordable cost, provides a fairly extensive functionality. The frame and support pillars are made of a steel pipe that is not subject to additional cleaning and anti-corrosion treatment – therefore, after installation, the parts must be painted (periodically, the protective layer must be renewed). The movement of the sash is ensured by the operation of the SP-6 STANDART mechanism with a roller carriage and a toothed rack. This hardware set is designed for rolls up to 500 kg, and therefore easily copes with opening and closing the gate.
Standard – a variant with a complete set similar to the previous set. The main difference is the use of sandblasted metal parts. The set of parts for opening is also represented by the SP-6 STANDART fittings.
Premium – a complete set designed for the maximum functionality of the doors, as well as for the maximum period of their service without adjustment, repair and maintenance. The frame and supporting structures are made of powder-coated galvanized pipe: this makes periodic painting unnecessary and completely eliminates the risk of corrosion. In addition to the SP-6 STANDART sash opening hardware, the design is also completed with an opening automation system, including a photocell and a signal lamp. Thanks to this, the door opening in the Premium configuration can be made fully automatic – when the photocell is triggered, the drive will turn on and the leaf will roll back along the guides.
